Role overview

soloSei is looking for a performance marketer who can turn paid media investment into real customers. This is a remote, global opportunity for an experienced mid- to senior-level specialist who can help design and build the company’s paid acquisition engine from the ground up.

Unlike roles that only optimise campaigns already in motion, this position calls for someone who can create the full acquisition setup from scratch — including the ad accounts, audience strategy, funnel structure, tracking, testing framework, and early-stage optimisation approach.

What you will do

  • Create and launch tightly targeted paid campaigns focused on specific niches rather than broad, untargeted reach.
  • Set up accurate conversion tracking and attribution from the beginning.
  • Run meaningful A/B tests and use the outcomes to improve spending efficiency.
  • Take ownership of customer acquisition cost as the main performance metric, while also monitoring lead conversion rates.
  • Identify the content requirements for the acquisition strategy and recommend the most suitable way to produce them.
  • If you also know how to produce strong converting content, that would be an added advantage, though it is not mandatory.

What this role is not

  • This is not for someone who has only fine-tuned campaigns that were already built by others.
  • You should not need a ready-made playbook, because one does not exist yet and building it is part of the work.
  • Success here is about real business outcomes, not just busy ad dashboards.
