About the Role

This opportunity is offered in partnership with an external company managing candidate selection. The role is designed for a multifaceted creative professional skilled in video editing, graphic design, and applying performance marketing concepts to create effective digital content. You will oversee the entire creative development cycle, transforming briefs, raw media, and brand resources into refined campaign materials suitable for social media, paid advertisements, and digital environments.

The position involves combining motion graphics, still design, and creative strategy to deliver content optimized for maximum audience engagement and campaign success. Collaboration with creative, strategic, and performance teams is essential to test, refine, and enhance assets based on campaign data and audience response. This remote-first role values craftsmanship, innovation, and ownership of creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit both short-form and long-form video content, including advertisements and social media campaigns, from selecting footage to final export.
  • Craft compelling visual stories via pacing, sequencing, color grading, sound design, music selection, and audio enhancement.
  • Design high-quality static visuals such as thumbnails, social graphics, banners, and paid media creatives across diverse formats and platforms.
  • Apply sound design principles like typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy to both static and motion designs.
  • Create motion graphics elements including animated typography, transitions, overlays, lower thirds, and basic effects using industry-standard editing and animation software.
  • Ensure brand consistency by managing visual systems, templates, reusable assets, and project files.
  • Work alongside performance and strategy teams to generate creative variants, test concepts, and iterate assets according to campaign insights.
  • Deliver rapid creative adaptations when quick turnaround and experimentation are required.
  • Provide mentorship and quality feedback to junior designers and editors while maintaining best practice documentation.
  • Contribute to refining creative workflows, templates, and systems to boost efficiency and maintain quality.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience producing both video and graphic design content within agencies, internal teams, or fast-paced environments.
  • An extensive portfolio showcasing video production and static design skills for social media, advertising, and campaign assets.
  • Strong command of typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Proven ability to uphold brand integrity across multiple creative formats and platforms.
  • Experience designing performance-focused creatives tailored for testing, optimization, and scalable results.
  • Solid understanding of social media dynamics, especially factors that capture viewer attention within initial seconds.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve for editing and color grading.
  • Skilled in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.
  • Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma for static design and ideation.
  • Familiarity with rapid production tools like CapCut, Canva Pro, or equivalents.
  • Strong abilities in sound design and audio editing.
  • Capable of autonomous work management, priority handling, and effective communication within remote settings.
  • Mentorship experience or reviewing junior creatives’ work is advantageous.
