  • Manage logistics and source materials so deliveries reach job sites on time.
  • Address material sourcing problems quickly and escalate delays or risks proactively.
  • Oversee inbound logistics from suppliers to distribution centers and then to stores.
  • Conduct site assessments, which may involve ladder climbing and rooftop access.
  • Represent the company professionally and provide strong client service.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing retail or large-format construction projects.

  • Experience with web-based project management platforms.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to manage time and handle multiple priorities.

  • Willingness to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and to travel frequently, including overnight trips.
  • Ability to work around construction-site hazards such as mechanical equipment, fumes, and elevated areas.
  • Capability to meet physical demands including long periods of sitting, standing, and walking; climbing ladders and stairs; bending, kneeling, crawling; lifting up to 40 pounds; and using hands for handling and equipment operation.
  • Visual ability to perform tasks requiring close, distant, peripheral, and depth perception.
