As a People Systems Analyst, you will work in a product ownership style across your assigned systems, turning business needs into clear design direction, shaping priorities based on impact and risk, and working closely with Technology and external vendors to deliver practical solutions.
The role also requires you to maintain a balance between keeping systems running smoothly day to day and driving ongoing improvements, while making sure any changes are properly governed and fit within the broader systems environment.

- Set priorities for enhancements and defect fixes by considering business value, risk, and operational effect.
- Assess and sign off system designs and workflows so they remain consistent with agreed standards.
- Organise testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live readiness tasks for system updates.
- Work in partnership with Technology teams and suppliers to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
- Support system reliability and lower operational and data risk through controlled change management.
- Raise risks, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly so informed decisions can be made.
What you will bring
- Hands-on experience with People systems such as HRIS, payroll, or workforce management platforms.
- Strong analytical ability and the skill to turn business needs into effective system design.
- Confidence in deciding between competing priorities while weighing value, risk, and delivery considerations.
- Background in supporting system changes, testing, and implementation activities.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Clear, concise communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics in simple terms.
