What you will do
In this role, you will lead the creation of advanced analytics solutions across the employee lifecycle, covering areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, and workforce planning. Your work will include developing predictive models for topics like attrition risk, internal movement, and workforce trends, as well as creating scalable dashboards and insight products that turn complex data into clear recommendations.
You will help strengthen the underlying data environment by working with cloud and analytics platforms such as GCP and Databricks, supporting data modelling, automation, and integration across HR systems. A key part of the role will also involve contributing to the move toward Oracle Fusion Cloud.
As part of a modern analytics team, you will help identify and implement AI-driven solutions, automation opportunities, and next-generation workforce intelligence tools while maintaining strong standards for data governance, quality, and reliability. You will partner closely with HR, IT, and business teams to convert business questions into analytical outputs that support decisions at every level.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a data-focused professional with strong analytical ability and the capability to turn information into actionable insight. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar discipline, along with at least 4 years of experience in people analytics, workforce intelligence, or data analytics.
You should have practical experience handling enterprise-level datasets and be comfortable using SQL and Python for analysis, automation, and solution building. A good grasp of data modelling, data warehousing, and analytics platforms such as GCP and Databricks or comparable tools is important. You should also be able to create dashboards and present findings using Power BI, Excel, or other visualization tools.
Understanding predictive analytics and AI/ML fundamentals, and applying them to business problems, will be valuable. Strong communication skills are essential, especially the ability to explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You should also be comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment, enjoy solving problems, remain curious about innovation, and work well with stakeholders and team members.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, additional BI platforms, or analytics certifications will be considered an added advantage.
