This opening sits within the Learning & Development function of the Regional People Team, where the focus is on building a strong learning culture, growing capable leaders and teams, and coordinating major leadership gatherings for the business.

Role overview

This position is focused on leadership development strategy and program delivery. The selected candidate will help shape leadership capability across multiple markets, design impactful development experiences, and ensure programs are run smoothly from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop the overall leadership development direction by bringing in leading practices and new thinking, including practical use of AI where relevant.
  • Create and run high-impact leadership programs for different management levels across Asia and LATAM.
  • Assess leadership gaps, diagnose development needs, and convert business priorities into focused learning interventions.
  • Manage leadership programs end to end, maintaining strong execution while improving program design, participant experience, and measured outcomes over time.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required; a master’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of these areas: Learning & Development, Training & Development, Leadership Development, or Talent Development.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving and changing environment.
  • Strong curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new tools and methods, including AI-based approaches.
  • Good analytical ability and structured problem-solving skills, with the capability to simplify ambiguous situations into practical actions.
  • Demonstrated skill in facilitation and in working effectively with senior leaders; experience in large, complex organisations is preferred.
  • Strong sense of accountability and initiative, with the ability to independently drive programs and deliver outcomes from start to finish.
