Role Overview
We seek an experienced People & Culture Partner as our inaugural dedicated HR professional in the U.S. This multifaceted role encompasses talent acquisition, people operations, employee relations, training, and culture-building. Collaboration will be essential with our Chief of Staff and leadership to construct high-performing teams and scalable HR processes supporting swift growth across various states. The position offers remote flexibility within the U.S., with occasional travel for essential meetings and interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across diverse business sectors, closely partnering with hiring managers to specify needs and strategies.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines anticipating future hires and ensure an exceptional candidate experience through recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring accurate employee data maintenance and adherence to HR systems and employment documentation compliance.
- Serve as a trusted resource on employee relations, oversee performance management dialogues, and address workplace issues discreetly.
- Regularly update company policies and employee handbooks in accordance with federal and state labor laws; coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
- Foster Curate Group’s culture, organizing employee engagement activities, socials, internal communications, and leadership development while promoting employee wellness and morale.

- Experience in startup environments, events, hospitality, technology, or consumer goods sectors is advantageous.
