About the Role and Company

The People & Culture (P&C) department at The Coca-Cola Company spearheads initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent by fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture aligned with business goals. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills, engage with diverse teams globally, and contribute meaningfully to social impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support employer branding, recruitment, and onboarding processes to attract and integrate new employees.
  • Assist in implementing employee development programs including training and career advancement activities.
  • Contribute to conducting employee engagement surveys and initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture.
  • Participate in performance management and employee relations activities.
  • Analyze HR metrics to enable data-supported decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align P&C strategies with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
  • Authorized to work in Germany without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Available to start on October 1st, 2026, committing to a full-time 40 hours per week schedule over 12 months.
  • Fluent in English and German with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Motivated by Coca-Cola's brands and values; curious, adaptable, creative, and eager to learn in a diverse environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Passion for people management; maintains confidentiality, demonstrates creativity, and possesses sound project management skills.
  • Familiar with HR practices and proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software tools.
