Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic People & Culture Executive to join our expanding team in Gurugram, India. This position is key to nurturing our organizational culture, boosting employee engagement, and creating a workplace where all employees feel appreciated and supported. The role involves partnering across departments to implement impactful people-centric initiatives that align with the company’s mission and ensure adherence to Indian labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute and oversee employee engagement and cultural programs that foster a positive and values-driven workplace atmosphere.
  • Handle the entire recruitment process including job advertising, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Address employee relations issues, facilitate conflict resolution, manage performance conversations, and implement disciplinary measures with openness and sensitivity.
  • Administer HR information systems and maintain employee databases to guarantee accuracy and data integrity.
  • Evaluate HR metrics and engagement data to detect patterns, derive insights, and suggest strategic enhancements.
  • Organize employee wellness, recognition, and career development initiatives to inspire and retain high-performing employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian labor laws, employment policies, and organizational standards.
  • Prepare and communicate HR reports, presentations and important messages to leadership teams and staff proficiently.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to assess talent requirements and assist with workforce planning efforts.
  • Plan and lead team-building exercises, workshops, and cultural events to encourage teamwork and inclusiveness.
  • Protect confidentiality and manage sensitive HR topics with utmost professionalism and discretion.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a closely related discipline.
  • Between 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HR operations, people management or recruitment.
  • Strong background in employee engagement, cultural development and organizational projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Indian labor law, employment regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, applicant tracking systems and HR analytics software.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities to read, understand and apply HR data insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written proficiency.
  • Demonstrated multitasking ability with meticulous attention to details.
  • Robust organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and project demands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and managing cultural diversity.
  • Familiarity with employee wellness and mental health support initiatives.
  • Background working in dynamic, rapidly growing or startup environments.
  • Understanding of performance management frameworks and processes.
  • Project management skills or certifications are a plus.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution and best practices in employee relations.
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP, or openness to obtaining professional HR accreditation.
