Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general administrative duties such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, and managing phone calls in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
- Support the recruitment process by handling applications, resumes, conducting reference checks, and completing new hire documentation.
- Maintain and update electronic record systems accurately.
- Uphold strict confidentiality concerning department information including conversations, personnel details, and medical records.
- Collaborate professionally and harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors.
- Manage and refresh staff communication boards to share relevant company information.
- Assist in facilitating the New Hire Orientation process (Embark).
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education of high school or equivalent; a college degree is desirable.
- Experience of at least one year at Four Seasons or a minimum of two years in a comparable role at another organization.
- Possess an open mindset towards recruitment strategies, exploring all available options to enhance our hiring practices.
- Motivated and results-oriented, proactively seeking solutions and tracking progress effectively.
