Apple is looking for a People Business Partner to support the UK Retail organisation from a home-based setup, with regular travel to stores. The role can be considered from anywhere in the UK, with particular focus on stores in the North of the UK.
The successful candidate will act as a strategic People partner to business leaders, bringing both long-term thinking and hands-on support. The position is centred on talent planning, leadership development, coaching, employee engagement, compensation, labour relations, performance, and career growth. The intent is to strengthen Apple’s culture, values, inclusiveness, and overall employee experience while helping the business meet its goals.
Applications close on Thursday 25 June at midday BST.
What the role will do
- Serve as a trusted partner to leaders by turning business priorities into practical people plans, workforce strategies, and organisational health actions.
- Coach senior leaders so they can build high-performing, inclusive teams.
- Support leaders through change and help maintain resilience and a strong employee experience.
- Shape and deliver talent programmes across the market, including succession planning, performance, development, and compensation.
- Strengthen employee engagement and ensure inclusion and diversity are embedded in people practices.
- Lead and support employee and labour relations work, including investigations, performance issues, and change-related matters.
- Work closely with Recruitment, Employee Relations, Legal, Compensation, and other teams to provide a joined-up employee experience.

- Act as a mentor and knowledge sharer for other People team members, helping raise team capability.

- Experience working in a multinational setting, including across different countries and cultural contexts.
- Experience in employee and labour relations.
