Job Overview

We are looking for a People and Culture Executive to oversee our talent strategies and cultural initiatives. This role involves managing talent acquisition, supporting growth and retention efforts, and identifying employee skill gaps to promote training programs. You will foster a positive workplace environment, generate weekly and monthly employee work reports, and nurture a corporate culture aligned with our Mission 2024.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee talent acquisition, employee growth, and retention initiatives.
  • Monitor work progress to guarantee timely and quality outputs.
  • Detect skills gaps among team members and implement relevant training sessions.
  • Establish and maintain a positive organizational culture to support team development.
  • Prepare and deliver employee work reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
  • At least one year of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, HR recruiter, or comparable role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Dedication to fostering a work environment conducive to employee development.
  • Alignment with and commitment to the company’s mission as an invested partner.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 35,000 Taka.
