Role Overview

The Student Success & Wellbeing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting students who have relocated overseas by managing various aspects of their post-arrival experience and ensuring their overall wellbeing.

Key Duties

• Provide ongoing assistance and support to students after their arrival in foreign countries.
• Organize and coordinate housing arrangements to facilitate comfortable accommodation for students.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by students promptly and effectively.
• Maintain consistent and regular communication to engage with students and monitor their wellbeing.
• Ensure delivery of outstanding after-service care, enhancing the student experience beyond initial placement.

Additional Information

The role is based in Kochi and Changanassery, Kerala, India, requiring on-site presence. It suits candidates with up to three years of experience or freshers looking to develop their career in business development and student services.
