Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily People and Culture administrative tasks and serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries
- Coordinate all aspects of onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, IT access, inductions, and internal communications
- Maintain precise employee records and databases throughout the employment lifecycle
- Assist in the development and enforcement of People and Culture policies, procedures, systems, and templates
- Organise employee engagement programs, cultural and wellbeing events, and practice activities

- Deliver consistent People and Culture support to teams across multiple office locations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an emerging Human Resources professional with roughly 2-3 years experience in HR administration, coordination, or similar people-oriented support roles.
You will demonstrate strong maturity, motivation, and eagerness to develop professionally. Your communication style is warm, approachable, and confident, enabling effective engagement with both employees and senior leaders.
You are exceptionally organised and attentive to detail, able to manage a fast-paced environment while ensuring thorough follow-up actions. You exercise prudent judgement when managing sensitive information and can easily guide stakeholders to the right contacts or procedures.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Relevant experience in HR administration or coordination roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High emotional intelligence with discretion and professionalism
- Strong multitasking skills, balancing competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy
- Ability to build relationships across all levels, including employees, managers, and executives
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Excel
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively
Recruitment Process
Applicants will first consult with a company recruiter, followed by two interview rounds with the client organisation. Diverse, equitable, and inclusive recruitment practices are emphasised, with an invitation for applicants to share their pronouns and any needed accommodations for the interview process.
