Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Nairobi County calls for a People and Culture Business Partner who can connect people initiatives with business priorities. The role centers on workforce planning, performance support, and employee engagement, while also guiding managers on HR policies and helping build a positive employee experience. Qualifications

A strong understanding of Kenyan labor law, HR policy, compliance, and risk considerations is expected. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities. Candidates should be comfortable using HR data and metrics to guide decisions and improve processes, and must be highly organized, able to manage several priorities in a fast-moving setting. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is required, while a professional HR certification would be an added advantage.
