About the Role
We are seeking a People Analytics & Automation Lead to be based in Ireland with an expanding technology company. This role offers the chance to build and enhance a cutting-edge People Analytics function in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Partnering closely with People, IT, Finance, and various business stakeholders, you will craft impactful solutions and scalable workflows. You'll lead analytics roadmaps, enhance data quality, and oversee automation projects from ideation through to execution. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive audits of current People Analytics dashboards, reporting methods, metrics, and data origins to uncover enhancement opportunities.
- Develop and sustain the People Analytics function by defining workforce metrics, calculation standards, reporting structures, and analytic methodologies.
- Maintain data integrity, accuracy of metrics, and ensure dashboards and reports are updated promptly.
- Deliver analytical insights, forecasts, and actionable recommendations to assist leadership decision-making.
- Spot and apply AI-driven use cases for workforce analytics, risk forecasting, anomaly detection, and process enhancements.
- Manage and prioritize the People Analytics backlog through gathering business requirements and translating them into practical analytical solutions.
- Collaborate with data experts to determine technical specifications, validate solutions, and effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
- Analyze HR and Compensation & Benefits processes to identify possibilities for automation and operational improvements.
- Construct and maintain an automation roadmap aligned with strategic business goals.
- Coordinate automation efforts across People, IT, Finance, and relevant internal teams.
- Assess deployed solutions, gather feedback, and continuously refine workflows and operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in People Analytics within an organization of 500+ employees.
- Proven track record in capturing business requirements and converting them into analytics or automation projects.
- Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, optimization, and automation.
- Understanding of automated workflow design, systems integration, and process implementation best practices.
- Strong knowledge of HR domains such as recruitment, retention, compensation, and benefits, including methods to evaluate their effectiveness.
- Good grasp of People metrics and workforce data calculation and interpretation techniques.
- Solid foundation in data principles, data governance, and data quality assurance.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with analytics and visualization platforms like Power BI or Looker Studio is desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a proactive approach and capability to manage competing priorities.
