Role Summary
This contract role is focused on reviewing English learning materials from a pedagogical perspective. The position helps ensure that trial lessons, grammar exercises, and related learning content are educationally sound, logically connected, and improved using learner feedback and data.
What You Will Do
- Assess feedback from trial lessons and judge how well it supports sound teaching practice, influencing the next learning experience.
- Check grammar exercises for both instructional quality and fit with the intended learning approach.
- Link lesson-level insights to the underlying grammar concepts so the learning sequence remains coherent.
- Use learner data to guide ongoing improvements to English-language content.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or above in education, TESOL/TEFL, applied linguistics, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong understanding of pedagogy and language-teaching methods, with curriculum design or lesson design experience preferred.
- Background in reviewing, tagging, or quality-checking educational content; experience in EdTech or AI-supported learning is an added advantage.
- Advanced command of English, at CEFR C1 level or higher.
Engagement Details
- Engagement type: contract.
- Expected weekly commitment: 10 to 20 hours.
- Initial project length: 4 weeks, with a possibility of extension.
