PDI Manager - Hambro Hill

Overview

Allen Motor Group is seeking a dedicated PDI Manager to oversee daily operations at our extensive vehicle compound located in Hambro Hill. This pivotal role involves organizing and handling site logistics to guarantee vehicles are properly prepped and dispatched, maintaining the high standard of service our clients deserve. Leadership of the onsite Technicians and Drivers team is a key aspect of the position.

Compensation and Reporting

This is a full-time permanent role offering a basic salary up to £42,000. The manager will report directly to the Divisional Director.

Candidate Requirements

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in logistics or aftersales environments with a strong understanding of vehicle preparation technicalities. Essential skills and qualifications include:

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced team setting
• Excellent organizational capabilities
• A valid full UK driving license

Key Duties

• Oversee PDI Department performance to meet key performance indicators
• Enhance team productivity to optimize site operations
• Ensure adherence to brand-specific standards and compliance
• Collaborate closely with Sales to confirm vehicle standards and delivery schedules
• Prompt and proper handling of recall and warranty tasks according to manufacturer protocols
• Maintain strict security protocols on site
