- Coordinate with third-party vendors to maintain compliance, system updates, and testing processes.
- Work collaboratively with HR and global Workday experts to maintain and test integrations between Workday and payroll platforms.
- Deliver accurate payroll data, reports, and insights to Finance and HR to support reconciliations, ledger alignment, and both internal and external audits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries, providing prompt and solution-oriented support to employees and managers.
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes, enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and the overall employee experience.
- Contribute to payroll projects and continuous improvement efforts as needed.
