About the Role
This position supports the planning and coordination of EMEA marketing activity for Bioré, with the aim of growing net sales and business profit across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with global and local stakeholders to ensure international brand directions are executed effectively while adapting to market-specific requirements.
- Prepare briefs for monthly EMEA social media content and new product launch assets.
- Review monthly brand performance and recommend corrective action where needed.
- Coordinate and compile EMEA reports for Japan.
- Assist with broader data analysis for the skincare category where Bioré operates.
- Support the EMEA Skincare Marketing Manager on Stage Gate activities in collaboration with global, local, and cross-functional teams.
- Take part in monthly country meetings and quarterly forums, including presenting on relevant topics when needed.
- Contribute to a range of projects led by the line manager.
- Help manage Stage Gate initiatives alongside global, local, and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- A BSc/BA Hons degree or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally within FMCG.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present clearly.
- Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Capability to interpret and analyse data effectively.
- Good planning and project management skills.
- A collaborative working style with the ability to build relationships across cultures and functions.
