Overview

This role involves close collaboration with client organizations to fulfill service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring smooth payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate payroll operations diligently and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Authorize and validate payroll-related approvals.
- Analyze payroll reports and dashboards to manage client expectations and align with organizational goals.
- Manage and uphold service level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead and motivate team members to maximize their performance and output.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Proficient in English at an advanced level.
- 4 to 6 years of experience working as a payroll specialist.
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and payroll best practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant payroll laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Maintains strict confidentiality with a trustworthy approach.
- Good knowledge of human resources operations, including Center of Excellence (COE) and operational processes.
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite, with a preference for Excel proficiency.
- Familiarity with ERP-based payroll processes.
- Skilled in managing tracking and reporting databases to accurately reflect current statuses and selections.
