About the Role
We are looking for a Global Dayforce Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) to spearhead the design, configuration, and deployment of Dayforce Payroll solutions within a complex international setting. This position requires profound expertise in multi-country payroll operations, with a specific emphasis on the regulatory frameworks, compliance mandates, and statutory reporting requirements for China, Malaysia, and Ireland. The successful candidate will possess extensive practical experience in Dayforce implementations, a solid understanding of payroll-to-finance integrations, and a demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, IT, and other business stakeholders to achieve successful global payroll transformations.
Job Duties
Serve as the primary Global Dayforce SME, focusing on payroll processes in China, Malaysia, and Ireland. This is a critical and challenging role to fill.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in payroll, including significant exposure to global and multi-country payroll operations. Essential qualifications include hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM Payroll and a proven track record of supporting enterprise-level, end-to-end Dayforce implementations. A strong grasp of payroll regulations in China and/or Malaysia is required, with experience in Ireland being a valuable asset. Furthermore, expertise in payroll integrations, General Ledger (GL) mapping, and financial reconciliation is necessary, along with experience operating within large, intricate enterprise environments.
