Job description
About the Organization
League One Volleyball (LOVB) is building a new future for women’s sports. Founded in 2019, the company operates across sports performance, training, and media with the goal of transforming volleyball in the United States and opening more doors for the next generation of female athletes.
The volleyball landscape in the U.S. is at an important moment: the sport has achieved historic success at the Olympic level, is the most widely played girls’ youth sport, and has a massive player base made up largely of women. Despite that, it has historically received limited attention from traditional sports investors, brands, and media.
LOVB is working to change that by growing a strong club business, building a professional league, and developing a digital ecosystem that connects every part of the organization. The team is mission-focused, collaborative, and driven to reshape professional volleyball and women’s sports.
