Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure the monthly payroll process and serve as the primary contact for employees regarding all payroll-related inquiries.
  • Manage our company pension scheme and the Veolia employee stock program.
  • Leverage your expertise to identify areas for improvement and drive the optimization and digitalization of our processes.

What You Bring

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a Bachelor of Arts/Science degree.
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll, particularly with social security and wage tax regulations.
  • Strong software affinity and a keen interest in digitalization, combined with practical knowledge of SAP HCM and Rexx, ideally also ASE.
  • Independent, self-directed, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
  • Good English language skills, a friendly demeanor, and a high degree of team orientation.
