About Deel

Deel is a unified payroll and HR solution built for international teams. Its goal is to make global work accessible to people, teams, and businesses everywhere. The platform brings together HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, performance, and equipment management in one integrated system, supported by AI-based tools and its own payroll infrastructure. It serves every type of worker across 150+ countries, helping organizations grow with greater speed, control, and compliance.

Deel is one of the world’s largest fully distributed companies, with about 7,000 people working from more than 100 countries and speaking 74 languages. The company’s culture is built around connection, learning, and innovation.

As a rapidly expanding SaaS business, Deel is reshaping how talent connects with global employers by removing barriers that have traditionally limited hiring and career growth. The company describes its mission as building the infrastructure for the future of work and supporting a more inclusive global economy. In 2024, Deel paid out $11.2 billion to workers in nearly 100 currencies and delivered healthcare and benefits to workers in 109 countries.

Its growth and customer trust are reflected in recognitions such as CNBC Disruptor 50, Forbes Cloud 100, Deloitte Fast 500, and repeated placement on Y Combinator’s top companies lists, along with a 4.83 average rating from 15,000 reviews across G2, Trustpilot, Captera, Apple, and Google. Deel is backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and reached $1B in annual recurring revenue in just over five years.
