About the company

Founded in 2019, Xeinadin brings together several well-established business advisory and accountancy firms across the UK and Ireland. The organisation is built around helping SMEs through practical, locally grounded advice and close client relationships. What you will do

  • Work closely with clients to keep employee information accurate, up to date, and moving smoothly through the payroll process.
  • Handle payrolls end to end, including RTI submissions, pension file uploads, and reports needed for payments and external parties.
  • Keep detailed records and maintain strong document control to support compliance, traceability, and a complete audit trail.
  • Track changes in internal policies and tax rules that affect payroll and make sure processes remain compliant.
  • Prepare month-end journals and supporting reports for posting and audit requirements.

What we are looking for

  • Previous payroll administration experience, ideally gained through payroll bureau work in an accountancy practice.
  • Working knowledge of HMRC rules and Pension Auto Enrolment.
  • Ability to manage several clients at once and organise priorities effectively.
  • Strong numerical ability and solid computer skills.
  • Experience with payroll software; BrightPay knowledge would be an advantage.
