Company overview

RX Plastics Ltd is part of Aliaxis, a global organisation focused on solving water-related challenges and supporting the shift toward cleaner energy. The business is a major provider of premium piping and fitting solutions used across building, infrastructure, industrial, and agricultural sectors in many countries. Through its New Zealand and Pacific operations, the company supplies plastic pipes, fittings, and building materials under well-known brands including Marley, RX Plastics, and Dynex.

The organisation also places strong emphasis on sustainability, with efforts aimed at lowering carbon emissions and delivering products that support customers while reducing environmental impact and benefiting the wider community. • Helping with account reconciliations and month-end close activities where needed.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 to 5 years of end-to-end payroll experience, preferably in an environment with 200 or more employees.

  • Exposure to payroll systems such as ADP Payforce, ADP Realtime, Kronos, time and attendance tools, or Workday is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and a cooperative, team-oriented approach.
  • Advanced Excel capability and a consistently high level of data accuracy.
