Role Overview
The Patient Relationship Executive (PRE) serves as the primary point of contact for incoming patient inquiries at Sanjeevani Ayurveda. This position demands effective communication to understand the needs of patients, coordinate appointments with doctors, and manage follow-up interactions to ensure every inquiry results in a scheduled consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming patient queries.
- Assess and comprehend patient requirements to provide appropriate assistance.
- Efficiently schedule doctor appointments based on patient preferences and availability.
- Follow up with patients to maintain engagement and encourage consultation attendance.

Compensation
