Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients warmly and serve as the professional initial contact in the clinic.
- Organize and schedule patient appointments, ensuring smooth daily clinic operations.
- Verify insurance coverage, secure necessary authorizations, and handle co-pay collections accurately.
- Maintain and update confidential patient files precisely.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with therapists, patients, and leadership teams.
- Assist in front desk and general administrative duties as required.
- Respond promptly and empathetically to patient inquiries and concerns.
- Demonstrate ownership by completing assigned tasks thoroughly and in a timely manner.

- Comfort working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic office software.
