Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored management of patient cases, ensuring timely submission of all necessary program documentation by patients.
- Conduct scheduled outbound communications and manage incoming calls, addressing frequently asked questions from enrolled patients.
- Meticulously document all pertinent patient data within the Patient Care Management System during and post interactions.
- Ensure adherence to program delivery standards, including case handling timelines, compliance with established protocols, maintaining patient confidentiality, and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Follow medical best practices and guidance issued by Operations Managers and the Medical Advisory Team.
- Detect and report any Adverse Events (AEs) encountered or disclosed during patient interactions, conforming to reporting obligations.
- Compile periodic reports on program progress and assist with audits such as internal/external reviews, project evaluations, and compliance audits.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager or Program Manager.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of NITEC certification or a Diploma in a relevant field.
- Prior internship or industry experience in healthcare or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Fluency in an additional language is considered beneficial.
- Excellent coaching abilities, communication skills, and active listening to encourage and assist patients in reaching health objectives and meeting program criteria.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the capacity to evaluate situations and make prompt decisions.
- A cooperative team player mindset thriving in a patient-focused setting.
