Role overview

The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Analyst supports the SFE Manager in initiatives that strengthen sales-force performance and business understanding. This role focuses on delivering timely, accurate, and detailed analysis to guide strategic decisions related to field-force excellence. The analyst also helps customer-facing teams by explaining common questions and supporting the use of sales-force operations systems.

Key responsibilities

In this position, you will work closely with Commercialization stakeholders and the SFE Manager to carry out analytical work that supports sales operations activities such as call planning, incentive compensation, call reporting, field sales communication, and training content.

You will also act as the administrator for the CRM program and content management platform, handling technical setup, operational tasks, and troubleshooting with the SFE Manager and Digital Lead, while coordinating with the Regional Support Team on new solutions and feature rollouts.

Another important part of the role is producing clear analysis for sales-force structure, sales initiatives, targeting, and incentive compensation programs. You will also help roll out, track, and improve sales capability measurement tools and management reports.

In addition, you will review and refresh SFE training materials for activities such as call planning, incentive planning, and field sales reporting, and deliver live training sessions when required. You are also expected to reflect and promote Zuellig Pharma’s core values in everyday work and interactions.

Requirements

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Science, Data Science, Business, or a field closely related to these areas.

At least 3 years of experience in data science or data analytics is required.

Prior exposure to Pharmaceutical or Consumer Healthcare Sales & Marketing is expected, along with familiarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems.
