Role overview
This opportunity is for a commercially minded and customer-oriented Parts Sales & Service Representative to support the aftermarket function of Abunayyan Holding’s business unit in Riyadh. The position focuses on growing parts and service revenue, helping internal service teams, managing important customer relationships, and delivering a consistently high level of customer care.
The role is an important bridge between clients, service teams, and parts operations. It contributes to revenue growth, profitability, and efficient technical and commercial support across aftermarket activities. The role also involves guiding and supporting the PSSR team in meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Market and sell original spare parts, accessories, and related aftermarket offerings to retail and internal customers.
- Handle parts orders accurately and quickly while keeping customer satisfaction at a high level.
- Spot opportunities to increase sales through cross-selling and upselling of parts, accessories, and service solutions.
- Offer technical guidance and product suggestions to customers and service staff.
- Contribute to parts sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives.
- Coordinate with service technicians and service advisors so required parts and accessories are available on time.
- Process service-related parts requests efficiently to help reduce equipment downtime.
- Assist service teams in selecting the right spare parts and technical solutions for repair and maintenance work.
- Manage special orders, backorders, and urgent requests, and keep all stakeholders informed throughout the process.
- Notify service teams as soon as special-order or backordered items arrive.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with retail customers, fleet owners, contractors, and strategic accounts.
- Carry out customer visits and follow-ups regularly to uncover new business and strengthen loyalty.
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely way.
- Provide dependable customer service and serve as a trusted parts-and-service advisor.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support better service and stronger business performance.
- Support the PSSR team in closing opportunities and achieving sales objectives.
- Manage key and strategic accounts to support long-term business growth.
- Help build account plans and aftermarket sales strategies.
- Work with management to identify retention, growth, and market expansion opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial offers in line with company policies.
- Follow cash, credit, and payment handling procedures correctly.
- Keep customer records, sales reports, and transaction documents accurate and up to date.
- Track buying patterns and identify opportunities to increase sales proactively.
Requirements
- A high school diploma, technical diploma, or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Additional technical certifications in heavy equipment, machinery, or aftermarket-related areas are an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in spare parts sales, aftermarket services, customer service, or a similar role.
- Background in heavy machinery, construction equipment, industrial equipment, automotive, or fleet maintenance is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and delivering aftermarket sales results.
- Knowledge of inventory and parts management.
- Understanding of aftermarket sales workflows.
- Strong customer service standards and service orientation.
- Ability to manage key accounts effectively.
- Commercial negotiation capability.
- Experience using CRM tools and ERP systems.
