Role Overview
Abunayyan Holding is hiring a customer-oriented and commercially minded Parts Sales & Service Representative to support its aftermarket function in Riyadh. This position plays a central role in selling spare parts and service-related solutions, assisting internal service activities, handling important customer relationships, and improving overall customer satisfaction.
The role connects customers, service teams, and parts operations, with a strong focus on growing aftermarket revenue while providing practical technical and commercial support. It also involves helping the PSSR team meet sales and profitability goals.
Core Responsibilities
The role includes promoting genuine spare parts, accessories, and aftermarket offerings to both retail and internal customers, ensuring orders are handled quickly and accurately, and looking for opportunities to expand business through cross-selling and upselling. It also requires giving technical guidance and product suggestions to customers and service staff.
You will work closely with service technicians and advisors to make sure the right parts are available on time, support urgent service requests, reduce equipment downtime, and help identify suitable spare parts and technical solutions for maintenance and repair work. Managing special orders, backorders, and urgent requirements, along with keeping all stakeholders informed, is also part of the job.
Another key part of the position is building long-term relationships with retail buyers, fleet owners, contractors, and strategic accounts. This includes regular customer visits, follow-ups, prompt handling of questions and concerns, and acting as a reliable advisor for parts and service needs. Gathering customer feedback and market information to improve service quality and business results is also expected.
The role further supports key account management and team performance by helping the PSSR team close opportunities, manage strategic accounts, and contribute to account planning and aftermarket sales strategy. In addition, the job involves preparing quotations and commercial proposals, following cash/credit/payment procedures, maintaining accurate records and reports, and tracking buying patterns to identify future sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
A High School Diploma, Technical Diploma, or an equivalent qualification is required. Additional technical certifications related to heavy equipment, machinery, or aftermarket services will be considered an added advantage.
Candidates should bring at least 3 years of experience in spare parts sales, aftermarket services, customer service, or a similar function. Experience in heavy machinery, construction equipment, industrial equipment, automotive, or fleet maintenance environments is preferred. A strong history of managing customer relationships and delivering aftermarket sales results is important.
Knowledge and Skills
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of inventory and parts handling, aftermarket sales processes, high-quality customer service, key account management, commercial negotiation, and CRM/ERP systems.
