Key Responsibilities

  • Manage demand planning, inventory and supply optimization, item master data governance, and monitoring of service levels.
  • Work closely with Sales, Service, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Regional Planning teams to ensure alignment.
  • Create and update demand forecasts for service parts using historical consumption data, market trends, and input.
  • Analyze forecasting accuracy, seasonal trends, installed base changes, and service activities to determine demand drivers.
  • Facilitate consensus planning among regional and cross-functional partners.
  • Design stocking policies and replenishment parameters balancing customer service levels, working capital, and inventory health.
  • Track inventory turns, days of supply, excess and slow-moving stock, and potential stock-out risks.
  • Maintain planning-related data within ERP systems such as iScala, updating lead times, stocking rules, supplier details, and product groupings.
  • Assist purchase requirement planning, monitor open orders, expedite critical parts, and support new product introductions and phase-outs.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that enhance visibility and facilitate better decision-making.
  • Take full ownership of planning data, acting with accountability, integrity, and prioritization clarity.
  • Continuously engage with ERP and iScala data, addressing supply chain barriers and employing root cause analysis to improve forecasting and planning outcomes daily.
  • Promote teamwork across departments by sharing actionable recommendations and building mutual trust.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Statistics, Analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience in inventory planning, demand/supply planning, materials management, or similar supply chain roles.
  • Proficient with ERP systems such as iScala, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalents.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formula creation, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to employ data-driven approaches for inventory and forecast management.
