Job Summary
This role is ideal for experienced technicians or automotive professionals seeking to transition from hands-on technical roles into a customer-centric position. As a member of the Wiri Aftersales Team, you will utilize your technical skills to assist customers and support both workshop and parts departments, ensuring a smooth service experience from initial booking to vehicle delivery.
Responsibilities
- Leverage your technical knowledge to assist customers with parts and service inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with workshop and parts teams to coordinate vehicle servicing processes.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the service lifecycle.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proven technical experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle sectors.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with the automotive, heavy vehicle, or transport industries.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong skills in problem solving, organization, and time management.
