About the Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team, supporting our BMW, MINI, and Motorrad franchises in Canterbury. This role involves managing parts inquiries and ensuring the correct parts are identified and supplied efficiently. Responsibilities include order processing with precision and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to parts enquiries from customers and internal teams promptly and accurately.
  • Identify and supply the correct automotive parts for BMW, MINI, and Motorrad vehicles.
  • Process orders and transactions with a high degree of accuracy and maintain up-to-date stock records.
  • Deliver professional and friendly service to uphold company standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic, proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent verbal communication skills. Previous experience in an automotive parts environment, retail, or customer service is preferred.

Essential Skills

  • Experience dealing with automotive parts, retail, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication abilities.
  • Confidence in using computer systems, electronic parts catalogues, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Methodical approach to identifying parts, processing orders, and managing stock documentation accurately.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and keen attention to detail essential in a busy setting.
  • Experience working within a main dealer, ideally BMW or MINI, is beneficial.
  • Possession of a full UK driving licence is advantageous.

Working Hours and Conditions

This is a full-time position with regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with Saturday overtime on a rotating basis.
