About the Role
Join Connect 'n' Grow as a Partnerships Manager dedicated to expanding our impact in South East Queensland by cultivating and strengthening collaborations with secondary schools and health/community service organisations. Based in Windsor, this full-time position involves frequent travel within Brisbane's northern suburbs and surrounding regions to foster relationships and promote educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture partnerships with secondary schools across South East Queensland.
- Engage with health and community services sectors to promote program expansion and School-Based Traineeship opportunities.
- Present educational initiatives to school leadership, teaching staff, and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the organisation at school functions, career fairs, and informational sessions.
- Facilitate the onboarding and continuous involvement of partner institutions.
- Collaborate internally to boost student engagement and enhance partner satisfaction.
- Contribute to strategic growth efforts by meeting partnership goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven background in partnerships, business development, account management, or stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building proficiency.
- Confidence in public speaking and interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
- Self-driven, professional attitude with the capacity to work independently.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout South East Queensland.
- Preferred experience includes familiarity with education, VET sector, VET in Schools, School-Based Traineeships, health or community services organisations, and established education/industry networks.
