About the Role
ERA Singapore is hiring a Partnerships & Events Manager to lead the discovery, development, and management of strategic collaborations that support the company’s direction and objectives. The position focuses on building partnerships that strengthen brand visibility, broaden market reach, and deliver meaningful value to both partners and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot partnership opportunities and prospective collaborators across different sectors that match the company’s mission and values.
- Create and nurture durable relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external collaborators.
- Lead discussions and negotiations to secure partnership arrangements that benefit both sides.
- Serve as the primary contact for partners and keep communication clear, timely, and aligned with shared goals.
- Work with internal teams to ensure partnership programs are delivered smoothly and effectively.
- Research market trends to uncover new collaboration possibilities and partnership avenues.
- Design approaches that improve the reach, value, and effectiveness of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor partnership outcomes, assess ROI, and prepare performance reports with practical recommendations.
- Support event planning efforts, including co-hosted seminars with partners.
- Assist the Events Manager in shaping and running company-wide events.
- Help manage event collaborations and hosting activities with partners and sponsors.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in partnerships or business development within an organization.
- A diploma in Business, Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to execute tasks effectively and follow through on deliverables.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Good planning and time-management abilities.
- Adaptable interpersonal skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Additional Information
This role includes event-related work accounting for about 15% of the responsibilities.
