Role overview

ERA Singapore is hiring an experienced Customer Service Executive to support front-desk operations and administrative coordination. The role involves handling day-to-day enquiries, maintaining organized records, and providing responsive service to internal stakeholders.

Key duties

  • Deliver prompt reception and frontline support while completing related administrative work.
  • Respond to enquiries received in person, by phone, and through email.
  • Keep confidential files properly stored and dispose of sensitive documents securely.
  • Understand salespersons’ needs and work to help maintain satisfaction.
  • Develop dependable relationships with salespersons through clear and open communication.
  • Manage complaints, offer practical solutions within required timelines, and follow up to confirm issues are resolved.
  • Go the extra mile to maintain positive engagement with salespersons.

Requirements

  • A diploma in any discipline is required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing front desk role.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate well and contribute to a cooperative team environment.

Ideal candidate profile

The right person will already have experience in a service-focused setting and be comfortable resolving questions, concerns, and enquiries. Strong time management, clear communication, and careful attention to detail are important for success in this role.
