About the role

Vodafone Qatar is looking for a Partnership and Growth Lead to help drive B2B2C growth across key enterprise and government accounts in Doha. The role sits at the intersection of sales, account management, partnerships, and marketing, with a strong focus on building valuable customer propositions, expanding reach, and improving sales outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Work alongside account managers across government and large enterprise accounts to shape offers that fit Vodafone’s internal guidelines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for senior decision-makers across a broad set of major companies in Qatar, ensuring clear communication and alignment on strategic plans.
  • Promote offers through targeted email outreach, coordinate with account managers and stakeholders inside each account, and organize roadshows and access facilitation to broaden sales coverage within EBU accounts.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with leading EBU accounts to uncover new opportunities and negotiate formal arrangements such as MOUs that unlock access and customer benefits.
  • Help improve B2B2C sales performance by working with direct and indirect CBU sales teams to support target achievement and push results beyond plan.
  • Identify and hand over qualified leads to the CBU sales team while enabling access to key accounts and spotting fresh revenue opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver sales initiatives, including roadshows and field activities, making sure the sales team has the right offers and tools to convert leads through customer engagement and market visits.
  • Partner with direct sales and retail teams to launch tailored promotions that strengthen market presence and support B2B2C sales goals.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop new propositions and run promotions for Voice, Mobile Broadband, Home, and digital services, while enabling the sales team to position products such as Instant SIM, IPAY, WBS, and My Book.
  • Increase Fiber sales in the B2B2C segment by ensuring market-generated leads are properly transferred and followed up by the sales team.
  • Serve as a hub between account managers, company spokespersons, and the B2B2C sales team to surface opportunities and align with broader commercial objectives.
  • Take on other projects, tasks, or activities assigned by the line manager as needed.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a similar discipline is required.
  • An MBA is preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales, business development, or account management is expected, ideally with a strong record of achieving sales targets and experience in telecom.
  • Strong understanding of telecom products and services, including Voice, Fiber, Mobile Broadband, and digital solutions.
  • Background working with different sectors such as government, oil and gas, education, banking, and retail.
  • Ability to build client-centric solutions and develop strategic partnerships.
