About the Role
We are seeking a Partner Marketing Coordinator for the Healthcare Diagnostics division, working remotely in the United States. This role involves close collaboration with the US Partner Marketing Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to implement marketing strategies, manage events, maintain marketing platforms, and support key partner communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing partner marketing programs and operational tasks under the guidance of the US Partner Marketing SPOC.
- Organize logistics and provide marketing support for partner events such as CSIA, MIA, APC, AHTD, and other industry gatherings.
- Create and implement campaign packages using marketing platforms and help develop standardized execution procedures.
- Maintain and organize partner marketing materials within enablement tools including Highspot.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of regular partner communications such as Zone Partner Newsletter, AHTD Newsletter submissions, and CSIA Sponsor Portal updates.
- Support the planning and management of recurring One Automation Calls including scheduling, communication, logistics, presentation oversight, and follow-up actions.
- Identify and assist in improving marketing processes to enhance efficiency and simplify execution.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and business teams to ensure precise and timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple simultaneous marketing projects.
- Support tactical marketing activities including content updates, campaign launches, and webinar coordination as necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B marketing program support, marketing operations, field marketing, or campaign execution.
- Excellent project coordination and organizational abilities capable of managing multiple priorities concurrently.
- Experience in event, webinar, campaign coordination, or marketing communications.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, content management, or sales enablement platforms; experience with Highspot is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through and execution capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across various teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and project management software.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory with relevant professional exposure.
Additional Information
- Hourly pay ranges from $40 to $47.03.
- Initial contract duration of 6 months with potential for extension.
- Remote work arrangement with approximately 10% travel required.
- Working hours generally 9 AM to 5 PM with flexibility.
