About the Role

As a Catbird Stylist, you will serve as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor in demi-fine jewelry, crafting memorable and conversion-focused shopping experiences. Your role includes performing precise Forever Jewelry welding and device-based ear piercings while confidently guiding customers through their selections.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an attentive, sales-oriented customer experience to convert visitors into loyal clients
• Expertly recommend and sell demi-fine jewelry tailored to customer style, lifestyle, and budget
• Perform device-based ear piercings and educate customers on jewelry choices, aftercare, and upgrades
• Carry out Forever Jewelry welding while engaging customers and suggesting add-ons
• Inform customers about materials, craftsmanship, fit, styling, and care to build trust
• Maintain an inviting, fully stocked, and pristine sales floor adhering to Catbird standards
• Support store operations such as receiving, pricing, stocking, merchandising, and inventory control
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to achieve sales objectives and maintain service quality

Candidate Profile

• Experienced retail sales professional with strong customer service skills; jewelry experience advantageous
• Comfortable performing hands-on services like piercing and welding after proper training
• Warm, composed, and confident demeanor that reassures customers during personal services
• Sales-driven with motivation to help customers select jewelry they will cherish and wear daily
• Team-oriented, dependable, positive, and exercises sound judgment during shifts
• Detail-focused and organized with pride in maintaining a beautiful store environment
