Join KNIGGES KINDERGARTENSPRACHSCHULE® as a freelance English teacher guiding children aged 3 to 6 through playful language immersion. You'll craft and deliver lively lessons conducted solely in English, creating an atmosphere where language learning feels natural and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and entertaining English lessons tailored for young children.
- Deliver interactive lessons in kindergarten, ensuring children grasp English communication.
- Comprehend German spoken by children and respond effectively within English lessons.
Candidate Profile
- Experience and enthusiasm for working with children between 3 and 6 years old.
- Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and receptiveness to innovative teaching approaches.
- Near-native proficiency in English with minimal accent.
- Understanding or willingness to learn second language acquisition theories.
- Ability to conduct small group English lessons (up to 8 children) using varied and enjoyable teaching methods.
- Capability to engage with children's native German language during lessons.
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid work and residence permit for Germany.
- Clean criminal record certificate.
- Liability insurance.
- Proof of immunity to measles via one of the following: blood titer test, international vaccination certificate, doctor’s statement of contraindication, or governmental documentation of immunity status.
