Job Overview
You will serve as a Host, the welcoming face of Bruntwood, operating Monday through Friday from 11:15 to 14:45, totaling 17.5 hours per week. Your primary responsibility is to be the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and visitors, fostering strong professional relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere within the building.
- Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and visitors.
- Be the initial contact point for all customers and visitors entering the premises.
- Support events and meetings hosted within the building.
- Facilitate new client viewings to aid in the property sales process.
- Oversee meeting rooms, coworking spaces, lounges, and communal areas, ensuring high standards of presentation and food and beverage services where relevant.
- Manage independent workload, balancing desk responsibilities with active customer engagement.
- Collect and update customer information in systems to support sales and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, management, and other departments within Bruntwood.
- Demonstrate leadership by promoting workplace wellbeing.
- Continuously seek improvements to add value, save time, and simplify services for customers.
- Bring enthusiasm, dedication, and knowledge to inspire team members and deliver consistent, excellent service.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a proactive, can-do attitude suitable for a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
- Exhibit curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to exceed customer expectations with motivation and positivity.
- Must have administrative experience, especially managing enquiry communications daily.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a personable approach.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or other customer service sectors is desirable.
- Maintain high energy and positivity throughout shifts.
