Role overview
We are looking for a part-time graphic designer to help support a fast-growing product-focused business with brand development across email marketing, social media, and website visuals. The position blends hands-on production with creative guidance: you’ll work with existing assets, improve the visual presentation of the brand, and contribute ideas that strengthen the company’s overall look and feel.
This opportunity is fully remote and part-time. Candidates must be English-speaking.
Working hours
The role requires 20 hours per week, scheduled within 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.
Compensation
Pay is $900 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Produce marketing creatives for social channels, website updates, presentations, and other branded materials.
- Assist in shaping and extending the visual identity, including brand guidelines and creative systems.
- Refine existing design assets to improve consistency, polish, and overall brand quality.
- Use Canva, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to turn around finished assets efficiently.
- Provide light support for social media content and visual needs.
- Coordinate with the internal team to keep branding aligned across all touchpoints.
- Create email marketing designs that match the brand’s voice and visual style.
- Contribute in a creative-director-like capacity by helping guide visual direction and bringing brand ideas to life.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative marketing.
- A strong portfolio showing modern branding work, marketing materials, and digital design examples.
- Comfort using Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe tools.
- Experience creating email marketing graphics and other digital assets.
- Good design judgment and the ability to work from an established brand direction.
- Basic copywriting ability for marketing-focused content.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with feedback and quick revisions.
- Must have a working computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Must be English-speaking.
Preferred experience
- Background working with CPG or product-based brands.
- Experience with social-first creative and consumer-focused branding.
- Exposure to building brand systems or visual identity guidelines.
Additional information
This is a part-time remote position. The role expects someone who can balance execution with creative input and help improve the brand across multiple digital channels.
