Role Overview

The Akidamy School of Early Learning in Perth is seeking a compassionate, patient part-time educator who can also provide language instruction in Italian, French, or Spanish. This role is designed for 15 hours weekly, spread across 3 hours each day from Monday to Friday.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of documented experience working in early childhood education, preferably with children under four years old.
• Fluency in Italian, French, or Spanish with the ability to teach this language to young children.
• Possession of a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Capability to design and implement innovative, child-initiated curriculum incorporating both indoor and outdoor activities, emphasizing sustainability and nature play.
• Competence in documenting children's learning and development thoroughly to make progress visible.
• Positive, adaptable mindset open to change and new approaches.
