About the Roles

Mitre 10 MEGA Ferrymead is seeking enthusiastic individuals for several part-time opportunities across customer service, sales, power tools, and stocktaking. These roles offer varied responsibilities within a fast-paced retail environment in Canterbury, New Zealand.

Available Positions and Shifts

• Customer Service Team Member: Fridays from 10:30am to 7:00pm and one weekend day from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
• Power Tools Team Member: Sundays and Mondays from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
• Stocktake Assistant: A 12-month fixed-term role, Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 11:00am.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with orders, deliveries, returns, and credits.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and provide effective solutions.
• Operate confidently within a busy retail environment.
• Manage stock counting, investigate discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy (for stocktake role).
