Role Summary

We are searching for enthusiastic, authentic, and agile individuals to join our team as Part Time Client Advisors for our new store opening at Vancouver's Oakridge Mall, slated for Fall 2026. This is an onsite full-time position offering a dynamic and creative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and consignment goals consistently.
• Integrate comprehensive product knowledge into sales interactions to optimize sales volume, transaction size, and transactional value.
• Strictly comply with all CELINE company policies and protocols.
• Record pertinent customer details accurately into the company database.
• Promote store events using email, phone, and personalized communication.
• Maintain and grow a loyal client book through consistent engagement.
• Ensure timely follow-up on client-related matters such as shipping, alterations, or other concerns.
• Contribute to store upkeep and preservation of the retail environment’s image.
• Assist in shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate various software platforms effectively.

Desired Competencies

• Possession of an established client book is strongly favored.
• A strong drive to work in sales and retail.
• Genuine passion for luxury goods coupled with an appreciation for high design and aesthetics.
• Technology savvy with aptitude for learning new software tools quickly.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Information

• Knowledge of foreign languages is considered an advantage.
• Work location: Oakridge Mall, Vancouver.
• Potential start date: Immediate availability preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $20 to $24, depending on experience and skills. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability insurance, paid time off programs, employee discounts and perks, and a retirement plan featuring employer contributions.
