Overview
Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia seeks motivated and customer-oriented Part-Time Call Center Agents exclusively for Saudi Nationals. The role involves handling customer communications through multiple channels including phone, website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email to deliver timely responses and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming customer queries across all modes of contact.
- Record all inquiries and potential customer details accurately in the ICABS system.
- Assign prospects promptly to designated Sales Consultants in respective branches.
- Immediately inform assigned consultants via email and WhatsApp regarding new prospects.
- Conduct follow-ups within 24 hours to verify customer visit, survey completion, quotations, or sales conversions.
- Report any delays or missed actions to Branch and Area Sales Managers promptly.
- Maintain thorough records and ensure consistent high-quality customer service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English languages, verbally and in writing.
- Exceptional communication and customer service capabilities.
- Technical proficiency with computers and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to university students, recent graduates, or individuals seeking flexible part-time work.
Work Schedule and Model
- Work hours set at 4 hours per day, 6 days a week, involving split shifts.
- Hybrid work arrangement combining office presence with remote work.
