About the Role
Join Starbucks as a part-time Barista and become an essential part of our store team. Our Baristas craft the unique Starbucks Experience by delivering outstanding service in a lively environment, honing their beverage and food preparation skills, and engaging with customers every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build meaningful connections with guests.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized customer preferences.
- Maintain high-quality standards for products and store cleanliness.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and ensure store safety and security.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple tasks during shifts.
Qualifications and Skills
- No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training provided.
- Consistent punctuality and attendance.
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills fostering teamwork and relationship building.
- Capability to maintain an organized and clean workspace.
